We have structured our operating hours to coincide with your schedule. We
understand it's inconvenient to wait in a 4 hour window in the
middle of the day for a technician. We will schedule a precise arrival
time with you...at your convenience. We will perform the work in
your home if needed or take the job back to our state-of-the-art lab.
Remember: Pickup and return of your computer is free!
You're busy, so we come to you...
Most computer service companies require you to disconnect your computer and
bring it in for service. At Taylor5, we come to your house to perform the
work....at no additional cost to you. At your request or in certain cases, we will disconnect your
computer and take it to our state-of-the-art lab. Once complete, we will reinstall
the system and get you back up and running. Taylor5 never charges travel
fees and there are no extra charges for taking your computer off-site.
